Departure in the morning at 06.00 from Omonia, via Igoumenitsa and with intermediate stops for coffee and lunch. Crossing the border of Mavromatio. Crossing the plain of Bourkos and the Greek-speaking villages, we are heading to the Blue Eye. There we will have the opportunity to see a unique natural landscape that is a tourist attraction. It is one of the 18 sources of the river Bistrica, with a diameter of about ten meters and the shape of an oval eye. Her color (from where it got its name) it is blue like the sky. The depth of the source is calculated over 45 meters, as the strong water pressure does not help divers to calculate it accurately. Check in at our hotel in Agios Saranda and free time. In the afternoon we can go for a walk along the beach and the old port. The city is built on the ruins of the ancient city of Onchismos, which flourished in Roman times, as it was a trading post for the trade between Epirus and Italy. It was destroyed 552 A.D. after successive raids by the Goths. Today it is an important tourist destination. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Subsequently, guided tour and free time in the picturesque narrow streets of the old town of Argyrokastro, city - stronghold of Orthodoxy and Hellenism, headquarters of the Provisional Government of the Autonomous North Epirus (1914). Argyrokastro is a city-jewel for all humanity and the center of the Greek minority in Albania. The historic center of the city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005 and, along with the innumerable stone houses, composes a rich "mosaic", which testifies to the rich heritage left behind by those who inhabited the area over the centuries.
