Meeting at the airport and direct flight to Berlin, the city that was the focus of the most important historical and political developments in modern Europe.
Upon our arrival, our first acquaintance with East Berlin begins, where the history of the Cold War comes alive through the monuments and neighborhoods that marked the 20th century. During our tour we will cross the majestic Karl-Marx-Allee, the most characteristic boulevard of the former East Germany, with the impressive architecture of socialist realism.
We will visit the historic Checkpoint Charlie, the most famous border crossing between East and West Berlin, a symbol of the tension that characterized the Cold War era. Next, we will find ourselves in front of the most important surviving parts of the Berlin Wall, one of the most emblematic monuments of modern history.
There we will get to know the events that led to its construction 1961, the division of the city for nearly three decades and, finally, the emotional fall of the 1989, which marked the reunification of Germany and the end of an entire era.
An in-depth tour that is the ideal introduction to the history and special identity of Berlin, revealing the contrasts and historical memories that shaped today's cosmopolitan capital of Germany.

We continue with West Berlin, where history meets the modern European metropolis. We will admire the iconic Brandenburg Gate, the most important symbol of the city and German reunification.
Crossing the imposing Avenue of June 17th, we will enjoy the green Tiergarten, Berlin's largest park, and we will see the historic Reichstag, seat of the German Parliament, as well as the modern government complex of the Federation.
Our tour concludes with a complete picture of Berlin today, of a city that uniquely combines history, the architecture, art and modern European life.
