Zarouchla and Lake Tsivlou are a wonderful combination for a one-day escape away from the intense pace of the city.
The beautiful Lake Tsivlou, surrounded by lush vegetation and imposing mountains, offers a unique landscape for a walk, relaxation and beautiful photos.
The picturesque Zarouchla, built in a green mountain landscape, welcomes us with its traditional atmosphere, its stone houses and beautiful corners.
An excursion that combines mountain and lake, offering beautiful images, fresh air and moments of relaxation for young and old.
We start early in the morning, with departure from Omonia. During the route, we make an intermediate stop for coffee ☕ and rest.
Next, we follow the route to Akrata and climb towards the unique Lake Tsivlou. There we stay to enjoy the magnificent location, which combines the wet element with the green mountain landscape. The lake is one of the most important wetlands in the area and is ideal for a walk, relaxation and photos.
Then, we head to the picturesque Zarouchla, built on the slopes of Aroani at an altitude 1.037 meters. There you have free time for lunch or coffee 🍽️☕ (individual expenses) and tour of the beautiful village with running water, the forest of firs and chestnuts and the unique natural atmosphere.
For those who wish, there is an optional visit to the "Nymphes" estate, where you can live a special experience in nature. Additional, optional activities are suggested such as:
🛵 pig ride (20– 30 minutes)
🐎 riding through streams and forests (15– 20 minutes)
🏹 archery for the most daring
After completing the activities you want (individual expenses), we return to the center of Zarouchla, where you enjoy free time to eat.
End, we take the way back to Athens, with an intermediate stop for coffee.

After this period, your money is not refunded or transferred to another excursion.
