We are leaving for the One Day Excursion to Trikala in Corinth 8.00 in the morning from Omonia. We make a stop at the height of the Isthmus and then visit the Holy Monastery of Agios Vlasios, which according to tradition was built during his period 1398 with 1400. In the present era, the Monastery is a hub of Solitary Life. There we will have time for a pilgrimage to the monastery . Then we take the road to Trikala Corinthia. The Corinthian Trikalas are built on the slopes of Mount Ziria (Kyllini). At the same time we will go to the Middle Quarter, with its beautiful traditional houses and picturesque cobblestone streets. The village offers a wonderful panoramic view towards the mountain and the sea. In the Local Area we will have time for sightseeing and lunch at a local tavern of your choice. Late in the afternoon we will take the road to Xylokastro where you will have time for a coffee. Finally we take the way back with an intermediate stop.
