We're leaving 8.00 Omonia Morning, making a stopover for coffee. We continue our journey to the historic Arachova, where the "Battle of Arachova" will be reenacted. After the collapsed morale of the Greeks from the Exodus of Messolonghi, Georgios Karaiskakis returned the favor, trapping an army 2.200 Tourkalvanon inside the village for six whole days. The siege eventually led the Ottomans to a desperate exodus, which was suffocated in blood, with 1.700 Turks dead and only four Greeks among them 950. Since, every year the custom is celebrated, in the context of which many activities are carried out, like the uphill road race, the stealth competitions (jump and fight), as well as festive dances. We will also have free time for coffee (individual expenses) and a walk in Arachova. Then, we will depart for the enchanting Agoriani, a beautiful village that is a verdant oasis, surrounded by century-old plane trees and chestnut trees. It stands out for its imposing waterfall, height 20 meters, whose flow starts from the mountain and reaches the central square, creating an impressive natural landscape. There, we will have the opportunity to casually tour the village, enjoying our ride, as well as our meal at a local tavern (individual expenses). End, we will take the road back to Athens, with an intermediate stop for rest, concluding our excursion with the best impressions.
