The construction of the teacher botanical park to Marathon in length 27 acres is underway with the aim of informing and raising public awareness of ecosystems and their fragile balance. The role and ability of humans to support ecosystems and biodiversity in the face of climate change are presented practically and experientially using all the new technologies that are being developed and developed in the field.

We're leaving 08.30 from Concord for the Miracle Worker Monastery of Agios Ephraim in Nea Makri, Attica. Its construction began on (10 century) and is one of the oldest monasteries in the prefecture of Attica. In the Monastery we will have time for a pilgrimage and then we will head to its beach Nea Makris for morning coffee. Then we depart for the Gryllis Water Lilies, an impressive theme park also known as botanical park. The park features beautiful gardens from around the world. There we will have the opportunity to browse and take photos among more than 1500 species of plants. We will meet water lily ponds and sections of the theme gardens of the world like her Japan, of Mexico, her China, her Indonesia, her Mediterranean and her Australia. In the park you can shop for impressive plants for your own personal gardens. Then we will depart for her Marathon beach where you will have the opportunity to have lunch at a beach tavern of your choice before our afternoon return.
