We are leaving for the Excursion to Halkidiki at Easter 06.30 in the morning by consensus. Our first coffee stop will be at the height of Lamia. Then we make an additional stop for lunch and continue for the first leg of Halkidiki, specifically the region of Kallithea, where we will spend our Easter. Arrival at our hotel Simantro Hotel 5* for arrangement in our rooms. In the evening we will watch the procession of the Epitaph in a small church near the area, and then there will be a dinner with fasting and fasting buffets. End Overnight.
After our breakfast we will start our tour passing through Polygyros, Ierissos and Nea Roda to reach Ouranoupoli. Boarding for those who wish on the local boats, to take the cruise to Mount Athos (optional personal expenses ). On the Cruise we will have the opportunity to get to know the peninsula of Athos and see from a distance the Monasteries of Dochiari, Xenophon, Simon and Panteleimon. After the end of the cruise we return to Ouranoupoli with time for lunch and late afternoon return to the hotel. In the evening we will celebrate the joyous message of the Resurrection in a small church near the area. Return to the hotel restaurant for the Resurrection dinner with rich buffets and traditional cooking.
After our morning round at 11.00 in the morning, will be followed by a feast with appetizers and ouzo in the hotel premises, while the lambs will be roasted at the same time. We invite you to share with us the joy of roasting Ovelia in the hotel's olive grove and next to the sea. While during the roasting, professional dancers will dance Traditional Dances with you. It will be followed by the festive meal in the hotel restaurant with live music and an Easter Feast of buffet dishes while Ovelias and Kokoretsi will have their honor. In the afternoon we will have a short tour and get to know some of the villages of Kassandra.
After our breakfast we will depart for the City of Thessaloniki. There we will have time at our disposal for a tour of Aristotelous Square coffee and lunch. Finally we take the road back to our Athens with some intermediate stops for coffee.
