Meeting at the airport for the October 28 Paris and Disneyland excursion and flight to cosmopolitan Paris. Arrival in the city of light and our transition to the historic center. Following the chronological and artistic evolution of Paris we will start the panoramic tour, a journey through time with stops in the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the "Sun King", the Revolution with the deviations of Robespierre and Napoleon, the imperial Paris, the Belle Epoque years, of the interwar period and May of '68, where we will see the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, the largest arch in the world, the Arc de Triomphe, the famous Avenue of the Champs-Élysées, the Small and the Great Palace, Omonia Square and the Luxor Obelisk, the church of Agia Magdalene, the busy Boulevards, the impressive building of the Opera House, the famous pyramids of the Louvre, the French Academy, the square of Satlet, the Courthouse, the new Pont Neuf bridge, the city hall, the Virgin Mary of Paris, the famous Sorbonne University, the Pantheon, the beautiful and Frenchly refined gardens of Luxembourg, the church of Agios Sulpikios, the artistic neighborhoods around Saint-Germain-des-Prés with their famous cafés, the School of Fine Arts, the old railway station which today has been transformed into the Orsay Museum and finally the famous War Museum, where Napoleon is buried, known as the palace of Apomachi. Then transfer to the hotel, arrangement in the rooms and free time at your disposal. Overnight.
Breakfast and departure for a guided tour of the Louvre Museum, where we will see Gioconda, the Venus of Milos, the Victory of Samothrace, as well as Greek, the roman, and a part of the Egyptian wing. We will also admire the unique paintings of David and DelaCroix. Afterwards, we will walk in the most elegant area of Paris, Saint Germain des Prés. This neighborhood was and always is a pole of attraction for artists, philosophers and writers. Here are the most iconic cafes such as Le Procop cafe, cradle of Enlightenment, the de Flor of the existential philosophers, De Beauvoir and Sartre as well as De Maggot of the great writers of the interwar period. From the wonderful narrow streets of Saint-Andre-des-Arts we will find ourselves in the heart of the Latin Quarter and the fountain of Saint Michael and in the neighborhoods that for centuries have housed the intellectual world of France. We will continue our walk passing through the cradle of the city, the islet of La Cite, to meet at the unique Panagia tou Parisia and to end up at the Megaro (Town hall) of the City. Next, we will be transported to the commercial center of the city, the Opera district with its iconic department stores. Here, we will visit the Fragonard Perfume Museum (free entry), where we will have the opportunity to browse the history of perfumes and try the most representative ones from each of their categories. In the afternoon, (optionally) we will take a guided tour of the magnificent Montmartre (with free time to enjoy it), the bohemian "village" with the artists' square and the imposing Basilica of the Sacred Heart and we will end our day romantically with the mini-cruise with bateau-mousse on the Seine, the river whose banks reflect the history of the entire city. Return to the hotel and stay overnight. For the guided tour of the Louvre Museum, you must register AT LEAST before your departure 20 DAYS BEFORE!. The entrance fee is €65 for adults and €30 for children, (right of reservation until 20 days before departure). The prices include a headset rental system. Mandatory reservation and advance payment of entrance before the visit. Otherwise it is not possible for us to secure your entrance with an official guide to the Louvre Museum).
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a full-day excursion to wonderful Normandy. Our first stop is the old Viking fishing village, ηHonfleur, a historical area amphitheatrically built around the harbor, point of departure of all the great ocean liners of France. Free time for shopping, food and coffee. Then boarding the coach and after driving the beautiful country road, Cote Fleurie, through a green path , we will first meet Trouville, favorite city of the impressionists and we will arrive at the fairytale Deauville, known as the "Monaco of the North", old aristocratic and cosmopolitan resort with buildings of exceptional aesthetics. Stroll through the picturesque streets of the city and visit its covered market where one can find local products. Finally, we recommend a photo at the city's famous beach where many French and international films have been shot. Return to Paris. Overnight.
Breakfast and your day is dedicated to the fantastic Kingdom of DISNEY, Europe's largest and most popular amusement park with endless activities for all ages. Theme amusement parks, playgrounds and tracks while huge buildings are erected, plucked from WaltDisney fairy tales. It is owned by the WaltDisney company and first operated in 17 of July 1955. Visit the Sleeping Beauty Tower, travel to the land of Peter Pan and Pinocchio, experience the adventure in the Wild West and Lightning Mountain, meet the pirates of the caribbean, walk in the footsteps of Indiana Jones, embark on daring journeys into Space and join the Star Wars. Late afternoon return to Paris. Overnight.
Breakfast and today we say goodbye to the city of light. Free day to use as and where you wish. At noon transfer to Paris airport for our return flight.
