Breakfast and short introduction to the city and the sights, where among others we will see the Kurtulus districts (the bazaar district), Κonak (to the south of the beach after the clock square), ΙsmetΚaptan (the modern center), Alsanak (in the harbor the former Fragomahalas ), and the Ribbon. Meeting with those coming by air and we leave immediately after for SELTSUK, to visit the archaeological site of EPHESUS. After breakfast we depart for the rocky Cappadocia, the heart of Anatolia, to reach Iconium (Konya), holy city of the Muslims but also the place of Agia Thekla, where we will visit the Mevlana museum, home of the Whirling Dervishes and final residence of the world-renowned mystic philosopher Mevlana Gelalendin Rumi. After our breakfast we will start for an amazing hot air balloon ride (individual expenses) from where we can admire from above the so peculiar unique and beautiful Cappadocia. Then we will depart to get to know the innermost Cappadocia, one of the first major Christian centers of Anatolia, where we will see in the Goreme Valley, a monastic complex of churches and chapels, carved into rocks, like Saint Barbara, Saint Basil's, Dark Church, also designated as an open-air museum. We continue to the geological complex of Zelve and Avano, where, in addition to church complexes, it also has workshops for the manufacture of items made of gate materials and onyx. In the evening we will optionally watch the dance of the whirling Dervishes for those who wish, in which the influence of the Hesychasts is evident. Return to our hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast and departure for Istanbul. On our route we will see the salty desert with the eponymous super salty lake Tuzgyolu in central Anatolia, in altitude 905 meters. Θα δούμε τον Βυζαντινό Ιππόδρομο, όπου βρίσκεται η στήλη του Θεοδοσίου, ο Αιγυπτιακός Οβελίσκος και ο Χάλκινος Τρίποδας των Δελφών, τη θρυλική Αγία Σοφία το σύμβολο της ορθοδοξίας & του Βυζαντινού πολιτισμού, Στέρνα Βλαχερνών . Το μεσημέρι προαιρετική κρουαζιέρα στο Βόσπορο. Ανάμεσα στην Ευρωπαϊκή και Ασιατική ακτή θα δούμε παλιά αρχοντικά, σύγχρονες επαύλεις, τον Πύργο του Λέανδρου, τις κρεμαστές γέφυρες και τις ομορφότερες παραλιακές συνοικίες της πόλης. Γεύμα και στη συνέχεια επιστροφή στο ξενοδοχείο για ξεκούραση και το απόγευμα ελεύθερος χρόνος για τα ψώνια σας ή για μια βόλτα στην πλατεία Ταξίμ & στον πεζόδρομο του Πέραν.Το βράδυ προαιρετική συμμετοχή σε γλέντι με φολκλορικό πρόγραμμα. After breakfast, περνώντας τον Κεράτιο κόλπο θα επισκεφθούμε το Οικουμενικό Πατριαρχείο. Συνεχίζουμε την ξενάγηση μας σε ένα από τα ωραιότερα Βυζαντινά μνημεία, το Μπαλουκλί όπου βρίσκονται οι τάφοι των Πατριαρχών τα παραδοσιακά ψάρια και το Αγίασμα της Ζωοδόχου Πηγής. Θα δούμε τα Βυζαντινά τείχη, την Κερκόπορτα και θα καταλήξουμε στην Κλειστή Αγορά όπου θα έχουμε ελεύθερο χρόνο για συμφέρουσες αγορές. Εν συνεχεία αναχώρηση από την Κωνσταντινούπολη για Ραιδεστό. Διέλευση συνόρων και άφιξη στην Κομοτηνή. Τακτοποίηση στο ξενοδοχείο, overnight.
