We depart for the excursion to Elafonissos 07:00 in the morning by consensus. Our first coffee stop will be at Artemisio. Then we take the road to Monemvasia, with imposing castles, the old stone mansions, the house of Ritsos but also the Byzantine Churches. In Monemvasia we will have a swim and lunch stay in one of the local taverns in the area and optional visit to the castle. Then we end up at our hotel Oasis Hotel 3*, to Skala for arranging the rooms and free time. Overnight stay.
After our breakfast we will depart for exotic Elafonissos. It has a holidaymaker and sandy beaches with turquoise waters. Our first visit will be to Simos beach. Its main feature is fine golden sand and shallow turquoise waters, which spread out on a large extent by joining the two beaches. The infinite, white sandy beach and turquoise waters give the landscape an exotic beauty. There we will have free time for coffee, bathroom and lunch. Late in the afternoon we will return to the port with its numerous picturesque boats and fishing boats tied to its port. After landing we will tour the picturesque seaside small islet and stroll through the picturesque alleys by the sea. Finally we return to our hotel for rest, free time and overnight.
After enjoying our morning meal we will depart for Messinian Mani. Towers revive the past with their imposing presence. Our first visit will be in the port, a separate seaside resort with stone houses on the water. We continue on to the magic Oitilo, that stands out for the graphic and uniqueness of its landscape. She is also known for her maniac cuisine, but also for the warm hospitality of its inhabitants. There we will have free time for bath. Then we take the road to Areopolis. It is often described as "the stone heart of Mani" with traditional settlements and graphic culture. In Areopolis we will have time for lunch at one of the local taverns in the area. Finally we take the way back with a coffee stop for coffee.
