1 dayATHENA - BARCELONA - VALENTIA

Meeting at the airport for the Easter trip to Spain and flight to the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona. Early afternoon arrival at the airport and boarding the coach to Valencia. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Free time for rest and Overnight.

2 dayVALENTIA

Breakfast and city tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know Valencia up close, capital of the Autonomous Community of the same name and birthplace of the famous architect Santiago Calatrava. We will take our panoramic tour, where we will see the complex of 3 of buildings "the City of Arts and Science" in the Turia River Park. We will be transferred to the historic city center to see the building that houses the Post Office with the winged statues, the Town Hall building, the Historical Museum and the imposing Gothic Cathedral of Our Lady of the Helpless. Free time to try a local paella, the famous Spanish dish, whose birthplace is Valencia! We also recommend a visit to the city's aquarium, which is considered one of the most important in Europe and the beach "Las Arenas" ("the sand") which takes its name from the vast expanse of golden sand that covers it.. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

3 dayVALENCIA – MADRID

Breakfast and departure for the capital of Spain, Madrid, which is built in the center of the Iberian Peninsula, in altitude 667 m. above sea level, on the banks of the river Manthanares. Arrival early afternoon, transfer and check-in at the hotel. Free time for a first acquaintance with the city. Overnight.

4 dayMADRID

Breakfast and then a guided tour of the countless sights that "adorn" Madrid. We will see the medieval square "Platha Mayor", Puerta del Sol (the door of the sun) which is the geographical center of Spain, the Plata de Oriente which is decorated with the statues of the Spanish kings, the Royal Palace with the 2.500 rooms, and the Cathedral of Almudena. We will cross major Avenues such as Prado Avenue, where major museums are located, such as the Reina Sofia Gallery of Prado and Modern Art, we will see the Atocha railway station and the neoclassical building that houses the Parliament. We will pass by the squares of Poseidon and Thea Kyveli with the magnificent neoclassical building of the Post Office, the Gate of Alcala and the large Retiro Park. Finally we will cross the large Castelliana Avenue with its modern buildings, the Bernabeu stadium and Christopher Columbus Square . Return at noon to the hotel and free time. For the free afternoon we suggest you visit the Prado Museum with works of the great painters, like El Greco, Murillo, Velázquez and Goya, and the Royal Palace. Overnight.

5 dayMADRID – TOLEDO

Breakfast buffet at the hotel. Departure for Toledo, the "city of three cultures" (Christians, Jews and Arabs), built on the banks of the Tagus river, which preserves its medieval physiognomy unchanged and has been included in the Unesco list as a World Heritage Site. Here we will have the opportunity to visit the Cathedral, which dominates the city center and reflects its historical importance, El Greco's house-museum (Dominicou Theotokopoulos) and the church of Agios Thomas, where El Greco's masterpiece is located, "The Burial of Earl Orgath" (1586-1588). Early afternoon return to Madrid and free afternoon. We suggest you walk through the picturesque narrow streets of the famous Barrio de la Letras, one of the most bohemian districts in Europe, where many of Spain's great painters and writers lived and created, such as López de Vega and Cervantes. Overnight.

6 day MADRID – ZARAGOSA – BARCELONA

After breakfast, departure by road to Barcelona. On my way, we will visit Zaragoza, the most populous city of the autonomous region of Aragon, with the characteristic buildings of the "Mudehar" art architectural decoration influenced by the Muslim tradition with elements from the Christian culture and the Gothic style. We will see the imposing church Basilica of Pilar and the Cathedral of La Seo, which have been declared World Heritage Sites by Unesco. Late afternoon arrival in Barcelona, transfer and check-in at the hotel and free time for a first acquaintance with the city. We suggest you take a stroll along the famous Rambla pedestrian street and the Barceloneta area at the port. Overnight.

7 day BARCELONA

Breakfast and we start the panoramic tour we will cross big boulevards and pass by the Spanish Square with the "Magic Fountain", we will go up Montjuic hill, where the Spanish Village is located, a miniature of typical Spanish architecture. Most of the facilities of the Olympic Games that took place are located here 1992. Subsequently, we will go down to the port of the city, where the monument of Christopher Columbus dominates, we will cross the famous pedestrianized Rambla and end up in Plaza Catalunya, to wander the picturesque narrow streets of the old town, where the Gothic Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Agia Eulalia dominates, and we will end up at Barceloneta beach and Olympic Village. End, we will visit the unconventional Sagrada Familia church (of the Holy Family), work of the modernist Catalan architect Antonio Gaudi. Return at noon to the hotel and afternoon at leisure. We suggest you visit the aquarium, one of the most important in Europe, or the Picasso Museum, or the Juan Miro Museum and walk down Paseo de Gracias, the most beautiful street in Barcelona and photograph the incredible buildings of Antonio Gaudi, Pedrera and Casa Batlo. Wander through the narrow streets of the Gothic quarter with its many shops and enjoy your coffee or beer with tapas in one of the many bars in the picturesque Platha Real. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

8 dayBARCELONA – ATHENS

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Barcelona airport for our return flight. Arrival at noon in Athens with the best impressions from the Easter excursion in Spain
