Gathering at the Airport El. Venizelos for the Christmas Trip to Lapland 2024 and flight to Rovaniemi. Arrival and immediate transfer to our hotel. Lunch and transfer to Rovaniemi for a first acquaintance with Santa's hometown. Rovaniemi, which is deservedly called the house of Santa Claus, decks up and prepares to welcome travelers 11 months a year. The period for which all the festive preparations are made starts from January to November! Return to the hotel and later we will all meet together at the hotel restaurant for our dinner. Overnight.

Immediately after departure for the village of Santa Claus, right on top of the imaginary Arctic Circle, where we will have the opportunity to speak with him, let's take a picture and maybe express a wish to him! Santa's village is a fairytale place, a feeling one gets no matter what time of year one visits! Everyone's first stop is, of course, his "Office"., where a group of jolly elves welcome people and invite them inside for a little chat and a photo with Father Christmas. Equally popular is "Santa's Mail", where his little helpers read the Christmas orders of millions of children from all over the world. Even if you have left your childhood many decades ago, you can't help but be tempted to send your friends a Christmas card with the original Santa Claus stamp! In the post office you will also find a wide variety of Christmas CD's and souvenirs, all on the subject of Santa Claus of course. Those who want can visit SantaPark, a Christmas themed amusement park, which is an interesting option for our smaller friends! Visit SnowmanWorld to admire the unique ice and snow sculptures and participate in all the on-site activities, that will drive young and old alike crazy, such as ice skating, snowboarding lesson, snow sculpting but also ice slides! Dine at the one-of-a-kind Ice Restaurant right on top of the Arctic Circle and next to Santa Claus. Transfer to our hotel. Dinner & overnight.

The adventure begins with a rich breakfast until we are transferred to the Arktikum museum, where we will get to know the story, the culture and lifestyle of the Lapps, but also of the entire Arctic. Right after we will experience the ultimate arctic adventure! We put on the special equipment and will take part in an exciting snowmobile safari. The local leaders will introduce us to the snowmobiles and how to drive them. We will visit over the frozen river the husky dog ​​farm, where we will have the opportunity to drive their sleigh as well. Outdoor coffee prepared by the leaders of the mission with the help of the participants. Then we head to the reindeer farm, where we will get to know the reindeer up close and take a ride on their sleigh. Then we will enjoy an "excursion" meal around the campfire with sausages and coffee, tea or hot juice. Return to the hotel and a sauna is required to rest and share the experiences of the day. Dinner at the hotel restaurant and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel, checkout and transfer to Arktikum museum, the center of Arctic history, with exhibits through which we will get to know the history, the culture and lifestyle of the Lapps, but also of the entire Arctic.
Immediately after transfer to Rovaniemi airport and flight to Helsinki. Arrival in the capital of Finland and transfer to the hotel. Room pickup and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overnight.

After breakfast, our city tour of Helsinki begins. Amongst others, we will see the Finnish fleet's icebreakers, the presidential palace and the outdoor market in the port, Uspenski Orthodox Church, the square of the senate with the cathedral of Agios Nikolaos, the Olympic Stadium, the Opera building, the shipyards, the monument of the composer Sibelius and the famous church of the rocks. Our tour will end with lunch at a restaurant in the city center. In the afternoon, walk the city's pedestrian streets and drink your coffee on the Esplanade.
In the evening dinner at a local restaurant. Continue your evening at the Storyville Jazz Club or one of the many bars or discos in town. Overnight.

Alternatively, we suggest a poptional excursion to the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. After breakfast, transfer to the port and departure by catamaran. Arrival at the port of Tallinn, meeting with our guide and getting to know the fairytale and romantic capital of Estonia. The following tour will start with a visit to the Kadriorg Palace Park and the long Birgitta Promenade. We will continue to Toompea Hill, the Estonian Parliament and the ornate St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, which was built during the years of the Russian Empire. From the top of the hill we will enjoy the panoramic view-plan of the city with the towers, the tiled roofs and the picturesque squares. Passing from the Upper to the Lower neighborhood we will still see today the heavy door that was closed every night to separate the upper from the lower city, but we will also cross the narrowest alley in the area. After passing the Church of the Holy Spirit and Saint Nicholas we will head to the unique Gothic town hall in Northern Europe and walk through the medieval part of the lower town, a place untouched by time. Lunch at a local restaurant in the old town. Free time to wander around the beautiful city – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cobbled streets, pointed towers, sloping roofs and amazing churches make up a unique medieval setting. Transfer to the port and departure by ferry to Helsinki. Buffet dinner on board and late evening arrival in Helsinki. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
