1 dayATHINA - KYRA FROSYNIS - LAKE PAMBOTIDA

We are leaving for the Excursion Janina for Pie Cutting 2025 07.30 the Morning 0po omonoia. We make a short stop in Kiato and continue to Rio Antirrio. An optional visit to the wax museum follows of Vrellis effigies, with unique historical exhibits that come to life before your eyes. Unique historical events from the hidden school are revived in the museum, the prison of Theodoros Kolokotronis up to the assassination of Ali Pasha on the island of Mrs. Frosyn. After a short journey through history we visit Ioannina. This is followed by boarding one of the boats on the lake of Ioannina, so that we pass opposite to the famous Island of Ali Pasha and Kyra Frosony. On the island we will have time to explore the area, to visit (optionally) the house of Ali Pasha and to see unique marine species of the lake that are housed in aquariums in the area in front of the taverns ( eels, crayfish, frogs and whatnot). The local shops also have unique Ioannina jewelry and souvenirs that will be the perfect gift from your trip to Ioannina. Finally We have our lunch at a local tavern of the island with (individual expenses) and we return to Ioannina. We board the Bus and make our way to the Jewel of Ioannina and our Hotel Epirus palace 5*. This is followed by arrangement in the rooms and rest. In the evening we are waiting for you in the hotel room for the pie cutting 2025 of our office, combined with an evening full of rich gifts, music by dj, dancing and lots of fun.

2 DayIOANNINA - PERAMATOS CAVE - OLD TOWN CASTLE - ATHENA

After breakfast we depart for (Optional visit) in the Perama Cave of Ioannina. The Perama Cave is the first in Greece that was ever used for tourism. Discovered by accident 1940, during World War II, as the villagers tried to find shelter from the shelling. Inside it we find picturesque lakes, water lilies and crystal waters with stalactites and stalagmites reflected from above. Then we visit the imposing castle of Ioannina which was built in 528 A.D. by the emperor Justinian. It is the oldest Byzantine fortress in the Greek territory, with an uninterrupted history. Ali Pasha lived in this castle. The Castle is divided into four sections: The outer enclosure, the northwestern Acropolis, where the Aslan Mosque dominates, the southeastern Acropolis with the famous Itz Kale and finally the Serai of Ali Pasha which today has been converted into a Byzantine museum next to the Fethiye Mosque, where the tomb of Ali Pasha with one of his wives is also located. For those who wish to see it a little further down there is also the Silversmithing museum. Afree time to explore the picturesque town and have lunch. Finally we take the way back to our Athens, with a stopover for coffee and the best memories from the romantic city of Ioannina.
